Are your fidgets suitable for children under 5?
For safety reasons, our fidgets are not recommended for children under 5 years old.
Small components may present a choking risk. Adult supervision is always required.
Some blocks and educational tools (excluding fidgets) are not recommended for children under 3 years old. Adult supervision is advised during use.
By purchasing from Cute Runs the World, you agree that products are used at your own discretion, and we are not responsible for misuse or unsupervised use.

How durable are your fidgets?
Our fidgets are printed using high-quality PLA filament with carefully tested settings.
With regular use, they’re designed to hold up well over time.
That said, fidgets are interactive, mechanical objects—frequent or heavy daily use may naturally cause wear faster than occasional use.
Materials & Sustainability

What materials do you use?
All fidgets are made from PLA (polylactic acid), a bioplastic derived from renewable resources such as corn starch and sugarcane. Compared to traditional plastics, PLA has a lower environmental footprint.
Choosing the Right Fidget

What’s the difference between Flexi and Clicker fidgets?

Flexi Fidgets bend, twist, and move freely with no internal switch—ideal for quiet, low-noise fidgeting.

Clicker Fidgets include a real switch that provides tactile feedback with each press.

Are “silent” clickers completely silent?
Our Linear (Silent) Clickers are designed to be much quieter, but they are not fully soundless.
Some noise may occur as pieces make contact, and sound levels can vary by design.
If complete silence is essential, we recommend choosing a Flexi Fidget, which contains no clicking mechanism at all.
Assembly, Repairs & Replacements

My fidget arrived unassembled. Is that normal?
Occasionally, parts may separate during shipping or while switching components.
As long as the stem is intact, the fidget is designed to be snapped back together.

What if my fidget won’t stay together?
If the stem is damaged and the fidget won’t hold its shape within 14 days of purchase, please contact us through the Contact Us form to request a replacement.
Orders, Drops & Availability

Do you offer custom or wholesale orders?
At this time, we’re not accepting custom or wholesale orders.
Our focus is on fulfilling regular releases and developing CRW original products while maintaining quality and consistency.

Do you sell STL files?
Our designs are either licensed from original creators (credited on product pages) or are exclusive to Cute Runs the World. At this time, we do not sell STL files. If we decide to release original Cute Runs the World STL designs in the future, we’ll share an official announcement at that time.
Processing & Shipping

How long does order processing take?
Orders typically take 5–10 business days to process.
Processing times may be longer during new drops or high-demand periods.

I received tracking, but it hasn’t updated yet.
Tracking emails are sent once labels are created.
Because labels are printed in batches, tracking updates may take a few days to appear—especially if printed before a weekend.
Once packages are handed to the carrier, updates depend on their scanning system.

Can I cancel or change my order?
All sales are final.
If you need to update an address or request a change, contact us through the Contact Us form within 24 hours. While not guaranteed, we’ll help if your order hasn’t entered production.

Why do you currently ship only to Hong Kong, Singapore, and South Korea?
We currently ship only to Hong Kong, Singapore, and South Korea.
This allows us to provide more reliable delivery, smoother customs processing, and better overall service while we continue to grow. Additional shipping destinations may be added in the future.

Why does the free shipping threshold vary by country?
Free shipping thresholds vary by country due to differences in international shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding as we balance shipping costs with thoughtful packaging and care.

What carriers do you use?
International orders ship via HK postoffice, SF express depending on destination and service selected at checkout.
Refunds & Claims

What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. However:

Items that arrive damaged or break within 14 days may qualify for replacement

If a material or the product becomes unavailable, store credit or an item of equal value will be offered

Damage caused by misuse is not eligible

Approved claims are fulfilled within 14 business days.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery through the Contact Us form, including your order number.
